Welcome!

Hi, I'm Steve Basuino.


I relocated to The Netherlands from San Francisco in 2017 and bring with me a wealth of experience with 30 years in the marine repair industry.


I have many years professional experience in operating large public service fleets of vehicles, including cars, trucks, heavy duty trucks, construction equipment and support watercraft. 

Recognition & accreditations

I have achieved status in the top 100 best fleets in the USA. 

 

  • Master Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma Automotive processes. 
  • ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Double Master ASE technician(A1-A8, T1-T8 E1,E2, E3, P1, P2, C1, C2) 
  • ADP Pen Pro auto insurance estimator professional, with additional certificates from:  Raymarine Electronic installation, Scania Marine, Volvo Penta Marine, Mercruiser Marine, Yanmar Marine, John Deere, Vac- Con, Toro Agriculture, Case industrial, Cummins Marine and Onan Power Systems.

Master Engine Rebuilder

... in Ford, Chrysler, and Chevrolet Marine 4, 6 & 8 cylinder engines.

Marine experience

I have 45 years’ experience in all facets of boating and over 30 years in the marine repair industry. 

I am a past Commodore, Board of Directors - Coyote Point Yacht Club, Member Of PICYA (Pacific Inter Yacht Club Association) and current member of Toerzeilen Sailing Club. 


I’m an experienced Offshore long distance Pacific Ocean & Gulf Of Mexico sailor, and an experienced yacht Captain. 


I offer complete classic wood boat restoration (mechanical, wood, electrical and paint). I am a finish carpenter and have excellent repair skills in all facets of the marine industry.
